As I stated in a previous post, HPNN had more going on behind the scenes than meets the eye, after further reviewing some of the information pertaining to the patent that HPNN holds I noticed that they are now assigning it and has been acquired by Apogee consultants. Below you will see the history surrounding how this all came to be. It appears there was a law suit in order to for HPNN to regain rights to this patent and it was resolved April 2013 which was when the revoked status was reinstated. Old management clearly were not the most honest people in the world, however that no longer matters as someone else has started to take the reigns as the old guys had judgment placed against them and HPNN got their IP back.
Now, here is where the story gets interesting, per the USPTO the patent is now in the hands of Apogee which is ran Andrew Farber, see other current positions and validity for Apogee below.
Apogee also just started a mobile phone and app company that looks to be at the forefront of this new mobile GPS and Security technology that can be utilized by the DOD, NSA and other government agencies because of the way it protects critical information.
