No,you are implying it matters not how much is sold in regard to how much they get for licensing.You are saying it is a flat rate,which is ludicrous.
Each sale means more for the company, whether it is funneled as a license fee or managing fee.How J Benz is navigating those channels is a good question you should ask him for the CC.
It is a tricky minefield of legalities that the company has to tread through to book profit without breaking state law.This lends itself to speculation about where is the money going, so they would be very,very wise to address it.
