Here's another little snippet from the FAQ, Why is Lexaria looking at the marijuana business in Canada?
The legal marijuana business - regulated by the Federal Government - is more than 10 years old in Canada. Banks are allowed to transact funds related to the business. There are few or no current disagreements in law between Provincial and Federal legislation.
