Sunergy Expands Gold and Diamond Mining Operations in the Famous Kenema Diamond District, Sierra Leone, Covering 7 Miles of Sewa River in Support of Local Artisinal License Holders
SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - May 27, 2014) - Sunergy, Inc (the "Company"
(OTCQB: SNEY) is pleased to report that it has entered into an agreement which expands its diamond and gold mining operations into the famous Kenema diamond district in Sierra Leone which covers a 7 mile length of the Sewa River. Both dredging and land based operations will be undertaken enabling operations to continue year round. This particular area has never been mined by any large or even small scale mining companies, because the majority of land is owned privately by the residents of the Chiefdom and over the years they have preferred to mine this area themselves. Because of our established relationships with landowners there, we have been invited to provide support to the local artisanal miners who know where the best diamonds and gold deposits are located.

This area is one of the rare ones on the Sewa that has not been heavily mined historically. This area is close to our Kono operations and some equipment may service both areas easily, saving additional equipment costs which allows for more profits. We now have serious roots in the major diamond areas of Sierra Leone and we have equipment to support our year round operations here.
