Balloon rides are GREAT!! I go to the big Albuquerque Balloon fest every year. Fly kites too, so I'm with you! I just wanted to be able to shoot aerial 1080P video, and this is the only way I know how to do it.
If I crash this thing I will be back to kites LOL. I wonder if I can find a camera that would attach? Nice thinking catty. With enough balloons I probably could attach a small cam to it. Not sure how I would get it back though?
If you ever have a chance for a balloon ride take it! Awesome. The desert at sunrise/sunset is a beautiful thing.
