Yes, Ospreyer you are right, Bill Hirshey is one of the Floriduh stock frauds who is currently being investigated by the SEC. I'm sure you are not going to deny you were aware of that... and you may not want to associate with that guy! IMO (a.k.a. "stocksandmore"
, "stocksup" LOL
(Oh, and it's not his first time either...according to the SEC Hirshey is "Known" to them).
... and there is also another guy named Hans Schneider who is being investigated by Federal agencies, including the SEC. That "Wheel of Justice" on Schneider is turning very slow but it's turning!!! (Quite the opposite of the "Wheel of Fortune" -- LMAO )
Best part is... I recently learned that Hans S. and Bill H. were tape recorded a year or so ago chatting about how to cause financial harm to a particular publicly traded company...and about libelous posts they made and will be making in the future on various message boards. I see they have not learned their lesson.... yet.
