The second recent product addition to the Wohl Associates product inventory is a used Kemwall Engineering series 2 air-operated single piston filling machine. The unit is equipped with a self-contained 10 liter pressure tank. The machine currently has approximately one inch diameter product pistons with are fully adjustable. The maximum output on the unit is up to 3,000 per hour. The machine has a fill range between one and 20 milliliters.
The third recent addition to the Wohl Associates product selection is a used Pack Line LTD model PLF-5S-BU stainless steel rotary cup filling and sealing machine. The unit in question was last used for packaging yogurt. The machine itself has a rigid, stainless steel frame and multiple high quality features including aluminum foil sealing and date stamping capabilities. The present rotating disc plate is for approximately three inch diameter cups, but there is also a spare rotating disc plate included with the purchase of the unit itself that is for approximately 4.5 inch diameter cups. The unit ships with a 15 inch diameter stainless steel conical hopper with lid. The filler has a control panel with digital display and single phase electronics.
