Why do you really think? You think they want us to know whom these shares are going too? What the conversion rate will be? Then we would not want any part of this self diluting share selling management. Any new investors would run from this merger. Usually mergers can generate large runs in PPS at announcement and at completion. We will have neither, why because of the behind the scenes activities of our officers. Then the best part is that we been told all this time Jan or I-Equity has had majority voting power. Which has not been the case to date at least by shares distributed. So how much better will this new company be with Jan have controlling interest?Lawsuits need to be filed before merger attempt is completed and those that took part of this share selling scheme be held accountable. Squeaky wheels get attention, all i'm saying. These guys kept running their same old scheme quarter after quarter because the longs kept patting them on the back, pumping their egos even more. This is not a personal attack on any of them, they might be great men with families, but sure seems that evil and greed was allowed to cloud their judgements at shareholders expenses.

Since October of last year, this is the lowest level. Data for May was changed to reflect a hig... Continue Reading
