Post# of 43064
let me paraphrase:
==> JBI has failed to deliver, not NSS, shorts, etc...
==> why are you here, you must be being paid
==> any negative post is FUD is that correct?
==> the post I am replying to...
This is a discussion with no end. Ultimately it depends on what you believe the purpose f thee sites is. I look to the TOU for direction. I actually printed out a copy some time back for reference. It says nothing of whether or not the post is positive or negative. iHub has recently instituted a policy where Moderators are evaluated simply by whether or not they follow/ enforce the TOU. it is a step in the right direction.
My personal opinion is that most of what is printed here is one person's view or opinion and cannot be conclusively proven correct or incorrect. Each reader must decide for themselves, so calling information BS, lies, libel or anything is a waste of time.
My view too is that Longs would like the sites to be simply regurgitation of company-promulgated information, which would be by definition positive. A billboard for the company's stock.
Question: do you consider this FUD? These are excellent examples of things which cannot be conclusively proven, but for which there is a good case, hence they are NOT FUD.
1. " JBII Investors were misled when JBI released in a public document the statements that; they could make oil for $10/ barrel. and sell it for WTI-$3".
2. This excellent post by TBG on the potential profit from processor sales.
