is pleased to inform shareholders that it has come to terms with
LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTCQB: LVVV) LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc
and the family of Robert Corr, controlling shareholders of APRU,
to become a majority owned subsidiary
and has announced its intention to change
the name of Apple Rush Company to Applied Herbaceuticals, Inc. and
will continue to trade under the symbol APRU.
Corr Brands, Inc. has been retained as a consultant to the business unit and
will be leading the beverage division in sales and product development.
Pursuant to the transaction, Applied Herbaceuticals
will become a brand holding and development company
within the nutritional supplement sector. “
Our new business plan will be to rapidly develop new products
that we feel are in the hottest categories and
capitalize on the manufacturing capabilities of LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc.
We plan to announce new products of our own and
private label products that we will launch with a short production run
to test viability in the market.
With our long term exclusive worldwide license of the Apple Rush and
Ginseng Rush brands
we intend to re-introduce these products within the coming months,” stated
