WE have no idea if the SEC has or hasn't looked into SKTO. No one knows the business of the SEC. For all we know they could be letting Jan dig himself into a bigger hole while they build their case agaist him. Jan deserves to go to jail if this turns out to be another HOTI scheme. And his bullshit letter on his Linkedin profile is a big old lie. For someone who believes people threw him under the bus for things he supposedly "was not in control of" he sure is proving that letter to be a bunch of bullshit with this insider enrichment scheme. A million dollars in outstanding receivables will take the O/S to the billions like AEGY. Unless they plan on doing a massive share buyback. Which we all know that never happens with penny stock scams. What a shame. This really is turning into a disaster for shareholders. No wonder why the legitimate players Kevin, Roy, and George left. It's all becoming clear now.
What a shame. I really though we had something different here, but the public side of this business is a disaster. The company may be successful outside of the public spectrum, but if the SEC steps in this is done. I hate to sound like IBLOW but he's starting to sound right. Once a crook always a crook. Jan you better prove us wrong or else I hope the SEC pursues criminal charges against you, and you enjoy your new striped suit.
