Yep. Benz is getting his salary. He will do a good job as a lawyer but he is not tied to the success of SKTO like the shareholder. He is getting paid. The notes that iEquity is getting in light of the $600k annual payment have no description as to conversion rate. NO TRANSPARENCY. Likely very favorable so they can dump and make cash which means success of company is not critical for their financial well being.
