Baltia does not have any shares available to them

If the company wants to sell directly to the market (those would be unrestricted shares), it would first have to BUY THOSE SHARES (unrestricted shares) back from the market or directly from an investor who has waited the 6 months and who has had the restrictions removed, and then turn around and sell THOSE UNRESTRICTED SHARES.
On the balance sheet, I believe those shares "bought back" are referred to as being in the "Treasury". Baltia has no shares listed on its balance sheet as being treasury shares.
Baltia is not selling directly to the market - nor are any of their key employees or officers or anyone on the board of directors, because if that were to happen, the SEC requires that a form be filed alerting (and protecting) the public as to what is happening.
Imagine someone (like myself) who purchased PP shares over 6 months ago and who has now had the restrictions removed. The past is the past. If today I could buy $50,000 worth of PP restricted shares at .005, I could turn around and sell those shares on the market at .008 to .01 and make a very nice profit (about 60 to 100% profit). I could then take the money I made from the selling of those shares and purchase more PP shares and continue the cycle. Even better....if my actions cause the pps to drop, I can buy PP shares even less than .005.
Selfish prick thinking ONLY about his own wealth and not giving a s$%t about Baltia or any of the other investors? Yup.....you got it.....and it is happening.....and Baltia HQ discovered it and is now trying to put an end to it.......but you just can't tell someone they can't "sell" shares - that would be a type of stock manipulation.
Baltia still needs capital, but it can't continue to sell to the selfish prick, so it is seeking PP from other investors. Not too much at this time as we complete phase II, but enough that this prick's actions make things uncomfortable.....and unfortunately drive down the pps.
And yes.....Barry has been a HUGE help to the airline. If not for him, rest assured, Baltia would not be here today....literally just a few months away from aquiring its FAA certification.
It really is a tremendous feat .....and being done under very different and much more stringent FAA guidelines than ever before.
You have to give these Baltia guys a huge amount of credit...........
