This is the most professional 10Q to date. starting to get solid footing. Like the business model layout and vision. Not perfect but clearly they are taking the next step to becoming a legitimate corporation. More transparency creeping in.

Benz and Hoye as directors adds so much cred. Add lt gov to the list and SEC might just say...hmmmm.....we will keep a close eye on them but thus far there is no need to suspend.
Just look at Hoye("Dharma Patients Collective, Founder, 2008-Present". SEC sees that and goes well at least they are not some scam jumping on the MMJ hype train.

Same goes for Benz.
Benz Law Group and Benz ADR, Attorney, Arbitrator, Mediator, 2009-2013 Golden Spear, LLC, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, 2009-2010 AVP, Inc, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, 2008. Credibility and longevity sets the SEC at some ease.

Auditor listed. If I'm not mistaken, Phot was suspended for insiders selling off at the pps peak. SKtO better have accurate and adequate info in the marketplace. Per the sec suspension:
"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of PHOT because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT’s common stock."

iEquity still waiting on shares. Now May 31st.

Net increase in cash. 137,645. Whats that mean?

iEquity is getting some mega notes to hand out for "consultation". Hmmmm. We will have to see in the end if Henry is true to his word that shareholders are the greatest asset. There has to be a sizeable amount of dilution with a startup. We shall see how this effects the little guy. Hope he is true to his word.
