Interesting choice from one of the greatest pieces of literature I've ever consumed…
...Awoken on the edge of Hell after being ferried across the Acheron - Some could misconstrue it as a cautionary passage in this instance as it is from the very beginning of the poets' long descent... (though it is also where he encounters the highest state of man - the glory of Human Reason).
When this journey is over. I'm going to re-read "The Inferno" (amongst many others favorites) once again, while sipping bourbon on the porch of my new cabin… Have you a recommended translation? The version I own is Ciardi.
