I'm sure we have, and I am also sure that Benz has had to use his legal talents more than once or twice. Alot of things have gone on that we don't know about. Only can speculate, hoping those days are numbered now so we (shareholders) have transparency and be able to decide if this is the company we want to keep our money invested into. Next run up and I'm out unless things change dramatically.
