$GFOX - In October 2013, US domestic oil production exceeded crude oil imports for the first time since 1995, while petroleum net imports were the lowest since February 1991. In December 2013, the EIA stated that US domestic oil production will continue to soar for years to come, scaling to levels not seen in nearly half a century by 2016.
