As you may already know, I myself as well as vario

I had a very interesting conversation last night.
IMHO - Baltia is going to pull this off......maybe by the skin of their teeth and the shirt off our backs....but Baltia is going to be certified before the government starts F'n around with their new budget this fall.
And as for the current pps....best you not look right now. Seems someone way bigger than any of you can handle is dumping shares. His cost basis is .005, so anything above that is a gain for this selfish prick. Unfortunately, he still has plenty of room to continue playing around.
As far as I can tell - the company and its personnel are strong enough to meet the task at hand.
A group of us are committing ourselves for the big cost factors associated with phase III...as well as banging out a few days at the Ask between now and then to push BLTA above .01 and to keep BLTA from becoming delisted. There is not too much time between now and then....I'm figuring about 80 calendar days?.....but there are uncertainties in phase III that could greatly affect cost factors.
For instance.......how much cargo will Baltia actually transport during its proving flights? That number could range anywhere from 0 lbs to 80,000 lbs per flight.....and the "profits" from that cargo are intended to help pay the fuel costs.
If a group of us figure $0 cargo revenues and prepare and commit ourselves to meeting the maximum fuel costs, then Baltia should have very little concerns during phase III.
Hang in there. One bad apple cannot spoil the whole barrel. There are a lot of us here that have a lot of stake in seeing this thing through to the end.
