I do not believe that FITX will be in control of the license announcement. Health Canada will let them know ahead of time, I'm sure, but they will control the release by simply posting it on: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/list-eng.php
Health Canada is not concerned with pps and our feelings about when the timing will be best, they are just a cog in the wheel.
