The biggest issue that I would have is that Health Canada will make the license info public knowledge. But its an interesting thought you guys have.
The sleight of hand of perfectly timing the HC license with a large enough noise, the Germany trip and the Parry drama, would require ridiculous precision and a lot of outside help to pull off.
