There is NO WAY that Bordynuik would ever carry out these empty threats of a lawsuit. He must at all costs avoid situations where lies result in perjury. In a lawsuit, there are depositions and the like, all under oath and the threat of perjury. Let's ask him about the shell, the catalyst, the illegal payments to "friendlies" etc etc etc.
