I am a little surprised with all the negativity

I think sometimes you have to look at it from the companies point of view!
Also the additional share that were released are released at the current market price.
So, this stock is obviously being driven down with negative pressure from some as it appears MM's and short sellers. There seems to be some share recycling!
So if the company is the one buying back all of these shares, that is great news for everyone. I have read that they have 60k NP-1's already sold.
That is more then half of their market cap, by a longshot now.
I am still under the impression that buybacks will be huge!!
