What nonsense!

The "agreement" with RKT was an empty, fluff agreement that entailed no expenses or activity on RKT's part. JBI was going to process all the plastic, provide all the hardware, do all the installation, take all actions, cover all costs, and would give RKT a portion of the receipts it got from [fictional] sales of fuel.

WHO WOULDN'T AGREE TO THIS?? No downside, only possible upside. Like something saying they're going to clean your toilets, process the crap into fuel, sell the fuel, and give you a portion of the proceeds. WHO WOULDN'T SIGN SUCH AN AGREEMENT?

The purpose of the agreement was to suck in more money from the naive, and it worked. Thousands of posts about "the folks at RKT are GIDDY with excitement", "RKT is a multi-billion dollar NYSE company! JBI is going to the moon!"

and yet, all responsibilities under the agreement were contractually on JB's shoulders, AND HE BREACHED THE CONTRACT (of course he did! There was no intention ever to implement it!)

And now we see a cockimany theory about RKT's "role" in yet another one of Bordynuik's bald-faced lies. Some "long" actually has posted more than once that the reason the agreement was never implemented was because RKT "refused" to take necessary actions on its part. NONSENSE AND UTTERLY FALSE!

Where are these bald-faced "mis-truths" coming from? Whom are they benefitting??
