There's no doubt that it hurts if you own a stock

There's no doubt that it hurts if you own a stock and it gets halted and then suspended. In the world of penny stocks I would be highly skeptical that PHOT will ever recover, it'll take a lot of work by the company to get that investor confidence back. I never looked but if the stock is chilled it's more than likely over and it's headed sub penny.

Been there, lost virtually everything on a suspended stock, like you said, it sucks!
