It might just be that they are strictly working on auditing the financials, up and including the most current quarter. Why double submit when you can have the real deal. Remember, the time frame for the audits to be complete were 30 days. April 4th was the 8k filing with the SEC by AEGY. This is the only plausible answer.
Also, it is perfectly ok for SKTO to not file; their tier status is not effected, they don't have to file right now.
