Hell back in the 90's they gather over 12 million shares from Tom Simpson when he sold the TMM shares to pay for DFI' commitment to the DFMI/DFI agreement; That's also on record about their plan at the BK. Anyway they're just Sour Grapes and TMM, Inc. will be tasting the sweet nectar as TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
