RE: Information Bulletin on Reporting and Disclosure Status With OTC Markets
Due to factors beyond our control, the Company experienced some significant delays in verifying the financial 
information for the past several reporting periods. However, the Company is now in the final stages of preparation of its May 31, 2012, quarterly report and expects to have the report posted on the OTC Market next week . Additionally, the Company anticipates having its status changed back to Current Information shortly after the disclosure of the May quarterly report.
