I gave them a ration of shit over it, mostly for them not bothering to tell me what it was for, and they wound up refunding the $. It's not so much the lousy $20, but the principal of it.

Turns out, it was because a POS I own from years ago decided to do a 1:200 r/s, leaving me with a whopping 504 shares. Weeeee!!(lol) Not enough to even wipe my butt with.
