How high BGMT goes will be partially determined by the restricted share base, IMO. I asked for more detail surrounding the amount of capital (if any) did the company gain from Salvatore R. Tuzzolino? If not, why in the #*ll did we give up 27 billion shares? I would also like to know the term limits (holding period) regarding the restricted share base. I also asked about the possibility of a R/S and/or the likelihood of the majority of the 30 billion O/S being retired by the company These (and many more) questions I would like answers to and am awaiting...
Meanwhile, I am bugging out until I get answers and/or we go pink current.
