This also includes the resolution regarding the increase of the Company's share capital by cash contributions through the issue of up to 18,505,305 new shares. More detailed information about the planned capital increase will follow. The results are available on the company's website www.paion.com/hv. In addition John Dawson has been elected to the company's Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2014. He replaces Alan Goodman who proposed him as his successor as John brings in his experience in building a trans-European business. The chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr JÃ¶rg SpiekerkÃ¶tter commented: "The Supervisory Board thanks Alan Goodman for his many years of commitment and support as well as his enormous contribution to the success and growth of the company", and added: "I am very pleased that with John Dawson we could win a well known industry expert as a new Supervisory Board member for PAION AG. I look forward to working together with John." ### About John Dawson John Dawson, age 54, joined Oxford BioMedica's Board as non-Executive Director on 1 August 2008. He was then appointed Chief Executive Officer on 13 October 2008, having served as Acting Chief Executive Officer since 29 August 2008. From 1996 to 2007 he held senior management positions in the European operations of Cephalon Inc., including from 2005, a management board position as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development Europe. In his time at Cephalon he led many of the deals that built the European business to over 1,000 people, taking the business from having no sales in 1998 to a turnover of several hundred million US dollars. In 2005 he led the US$360 million acquisition of Zeneus by Cephalon. Between 1991 and 1996 he was Director of Finance and Administration of Serono Laboratories (UK) Limited.
