Instead of shedding man tears over everything JBI has done wrong why not be proactive? Some refuse to acknowledge the affect the bombardment of negativity has had on the stock price. Would JBII shareholders be critiquing the company's every move if the share price was $3.00 or more? It's low because of the FUD campaign and NSS. The company would not have to give away shares for pennies without the manipulation.
I try to do my part to help. I regularly corespondent with my state Senators, not specifically about JBI, but about NSS and crimes on Wall Street in general. I have contacted the SEC and FINRA about the manipulation of JBII. In January 2012 when the manipulation of JBII peaked with the help of the Boston division of the SEC, I documented the facts and sent them to over 50 SEC employees from all over the country. SEC email addresses are surprisingly easy to find. At the end of the letter I listed every person it was being forwarded too. I like to think my letter found it's way to the right person to stop our stock from being dumped to the gray market. If I've learned anything from my government service, it's the squeaky wheel thing.
