Is everyone waiting for the Treaty-Aquinas deal to get done before jumping on this with both wallets? Remember there are two documents that will have to be in place for a final formal agreement. There is the farmout agreement and then a joint operating agreement. Does everyone understand how many pages might be in either of those docs? My guess is about a dozen pages for each. IE, an attorney's dream case. What might take each poster perhaps a few hours to do, an attorney figures out how to do it in a few days. (Nothing against attorneys, eh?) But posters should get the picture. If Treaty and Aquinas get the final docs done this week, as I have posted, it will be nothing short of miraculous, and illustrate the absolute fortitude in Treaty's new management to get deals done. On the other hand, next Tuesday or Wednesday is still an outstanding accomplishment. JMO. Cheers
