$UPZS - News!! LOI with Larasan will distribute Unique Pizza and Subs' frozen six-to-eight-inch individual pizzas to up to approximately 500,000 of its distribution outlets that have frozen refrigeration display cases, and for which Larasan will earn a customary distribution fee.
