By no means whatsoever should this be construed as an admission of any kind. It is not. Indeed, as previously stated numerous times, Sean Fitzgibbons expressly and vehemently DENIES violating SEC 17(b) at any time. Any arguments or attempted defenses to the contrary involving emails from Wilton Weather, a/k/a "spineless, greedy, and thankless snake", private messages to members of these laughable "guardians of stock fraud", or offbase interpretations of the 10K disclosure are misguided and will summarily fail in litigation precedings.
Flyers, CHP, and the others can spin Sean's return of the 250K shares from here to Sunday, but the fact remains Sean is no "criminal who deserves to rot in prison trading cigarettes with his cell mate." Nor is he a "famous promoter of penny stocks", and "pump and dumper", etc. At the beginning of this damaging campaign, I kindly asked all of these "guardians of the innocent" to stop with the libelous posts and remove them, but their larger-than-life egos and false and baseless "beliefs" prevented them from taking a step in the right direction. They will never stop, admit they were wrong, apologize, and remove their libelous posts in the Scrips and Stock DD and Fraud research boards and the YMB boards. Instead, they say, "step in the right direction" - a very hot-headed and arrogant response, which is to be expected from this group of venom-spitting individuals. Flyers, CHP, Wilton Weather, and the whole lot will likely continue with violating most states' defamation per se civil rules, and iHub will continue refusing to remove these illegal posts. And as time goes on, each libelous post not will not only adds another actionable libelous claim, it will also toll the applicable statute of limitation by a year.
All that said, I will give CHP and the others 48 hours to take a step in the right direction and all will be forgiven. You have my word.
