When factoring in the financials, keep in mind that revenues generated came effectively as a sale against projected revenues. While this is a logical move that demonstrates confidence by a lender/investor (who was the lender? ) I have some ideas on that which I have covered several times already.
Note that significant drops to PPS that can occur (twists and turns here) include
FINRA and SEC warnings that could drive PPS under the SMA200 especially if there is no clarifications forthcoming on companies not being impacted. This presents a buying opportunity
The email by John A. Germinario, Chairman of the Board is IMO, designed more to provide investor confidence (and it should) because as referenced above the FINRA and SEC announcements blanket an entire industry rather than specific cases. SEC warning issued on May 16, 2014 http://www.sec.gov/News/PressRelease/Detail/P...3v0kCiAlPQ
Overall, this industry has lots of room to grow (no pun intended) and we should be thankful that FINRA and the SEC are protecting investors although in the short to medium term the biggest industry bash is ironically being caused by those in charge with protecting investors. Again, this presents great buying opportunities
As a long, I have no intentions of being scared off my FITX holdings by anything bashers can say, whether government or not.
A word to the wise for paid bashers. Make sure in your profit structure you consider the following:
Under the SEC Whistleblower Program, successful whistleblowers are eligible to receive a reward of 10-30% of the amount the SEC recovers in sanctions
