Big Pharma can not get into the MJ sector because most of them have Fed contracts , funding, etc. and MJ is still not legal even for research at the fed level.
Big Pharma will loose trillions and trillions of dollars if and when MJ comes to the open market as a viable drug.
The longer Big Pharma can retard the success of small companies to do R/D and develop patients the greater position they will be in to come in cheaply for buyouts and J/V opportunity.
It is common knowledge most people want Congress to act, and they are not acting because they are being paid not to when it comes to removing the stigma from MJ.
In my opinion, only a very few companies will survive all of this and this will get very dirty. It always does when there is this much money on the table. Just think what the taxes will be in 10 years. That is more than a lot of whole Country's GDP if you really think about it.
Big Pharma and other industries have been doing this for decades and are very good at it. But, in the end progress always comes out ahead. All these guys are doing is setting up the game to come out winners in this.
I do not feel getting into a pissing contest with the major banks or the SEC is the brightest idea he could have had....but, it is his history. I just wish he would concentrate on FITX and leave the rest of all that to someone else. JMO GLTA
