(OTCPINK:FILM) announces that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire all of the assets of InSight Media. InSight Media is a multi faceted entertainment company whose core business is the production and distribution of videos and streaming websites relating to the cannabis industry. The management of Cre8tive recognizes that the cannabis industry is poised for exponential growth and by acquiring these assets it will position Cre8tive to become a leader in the development and distribution of cannabis related media. The main focus will be the development of Cannabis Café TV with the intent of it becoming a recognized destination for programs on:
- General information on cannabis
- Legal implications and updates
- Medical and health related issues
- Cooking
- Feature Films
- Documentaries
- Financing
- Comedies
- Music
- Other
The InSight Media assets purchase will allow Cre8tive to capitalize on the interest the investment community is showing in cannabis and cannabis related companies while still developing its core business of funding non-cannabis related television and film projects. In addition, Cannabis Café TV will generate ongoing revenue quickly through advertising and sponsorship programs.
