I also hope for the same. Yet hope has not replenished my account. Management does have a duty to bring value to their shareholders. With some of their past screw ups and mismanagement it has hurt the PPS as well as ruined the markets perception and confidence of their leadership. Money fixes almost all things, if they are able to show that the original contracts were not with I-Equity and that they are able to collect on these original 30 million plus it would almost erase all their past blunders. IMO. This hiding in the dark does not bode well with the market, again they chose to be a public company. I more than most want to see this rebound into the industry leader. Yet past performances if any inclination of future performance then were had. Giving these boys a pat on the back does nothing for the shareholders. So many misguided steps of the past need to be righted before they will be able to sail like a legit company! Is that not what we all want? Why do they insist on playing so close to the fire?
