Metatron/iMobilize (MRNJ) signs $1 Million Finance Agreement with Macallan Partners
Metatron Inc has entered into $1 million investment agreement (the “Investment Agreement”) with
Macallan Partners, LLC (the “Investor”) headquartered in White Plains, New York.
The agreement will allow Metatron to significantly increase its development and marketing of mobile apps.
The Investment Agreement allows, but does not obligate the Company to issue and sell up to $1 million of shares of common stock to the Investor.
The Company, at its sole discretion and without penalty, may notify the Investor the dollar amount that the Company intends to sell to the Investor on a specified date.
Metatron has filed a Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission all registration costs will be paid by the Investor.
