1. Are you generating revenue? How much in Q1(please be specific on actual cash received and not just AR)? If yes, from what, i.e. What is the break down from service fees and licensing fees and other? On the sale of one Yak product what percent do you collect from licensing?
2. Have you engaged an auditor? There is no auditor listed on the OTC. If yes, Who is it? What is your timeline for completing the audit in preparation for the merger with AEGY?
3. Is Kevin Allyn still Chairman? If yes, why is he not listed in annual and on OTC? If no, why have you not released a pr to his resignation?
4. Is Larry King still engaged for a future interview? If yes, when? If no, why have you not released a pr to that effect?
5. Is Michael Choo still associated with Medical Greens? How? If not, why is he still listed on your website?
6. What ever happened to the dividend that was promised in a prior pr?
7. What ever happened to alleged merger with medical greens?
