As Pipa says.....Orvie is usually spot on (and unfortunately very short spoken).
I am not sure what he is saying, but if it is about a slight delay (and slight delay for Baltia is a Godsend) of about 2 weeks, it is the same as what I have heard through the grapevine.
Originally 5/26, now word is about 6/16 or so.
Once again, a 2 week delay for Baltia in anything is a gift (we longs have grown accustomed to 6 month+ delays)..........
