How many TEVE shares did Penson have as FTD's and did not buy them? How many TEVE shares that do not exist currently reside in the brokerage accounts of many? With a mere 55,000 legit shares available I'll bet many. Now the question is Patrick Byrne claimed that Penson was running a crooked operation years ago on his deepcapture.com site so what have the regulators been doing all this time? Shouldn't they all be fired? Anyone think a single brokerage house exists that is getting good delivery on all transactions for their clients? What are they going to do to clean up this mess? As one former Chairman of the SEC once asked "how much fraud are you willing to accept for liquidity'? Does anyone still believe our markets are based on the principle of supply and demand? Where do the trillions of investors dollars currently reside? Offshore with no taxes being paid? Why is this being allowed to go on? No question our markets are rigged but when do we get to tar and feather those who have allowed it? When will we see jail sentences?
Here is one little clip released yesterday and if it doesn't make you angry you are part of the problem imho: "In December 2009, Penson’s Compliance Department conducted an NASD
Rule 3012 internal audit of the Rule 204T/204 close-out procedures for Buy Ins, which had
been in place at Penson from October 2008 forward. The audit uncovered severe
compliance deficiencies – Penson’s compliance personnel sampled 113 CNS failures to
deliver resulting from both long sales and short sales and found that Buy Ins’ procedures
resulted in Rule 204(a) violations for 112 out of the 113 securities sampled (99% failure
7
rate). Delaney understood this NASD Rule 3012 audit had revealed massive and profound
failures relating to Buy Ins’s Rule 204T(a)/204(a) procedures that were anomalous during
his tenure as CCO. "
Will TEVE be the one to break this cycle and bankrupt some of the criminals? I sure hope so. Go TEVE!!!
Revenues/earnings/dividends!
