The thing to remember with HC is that they are granted a license based on the here and now. Right now, zoning is not an issue. Neuronal is 100% right that we are still within a normal timeframe.
I think a lot of us thought we would be licensed within 2 weeks after Easter, when the reality always was it would take 4-6 weeks.
