The folks who have operated with impunity for many years are sure they will never be prosecuted. I on the other hand am confidant that at least 3 of the companies I am invested in have the goods and will prosecute when the time is right. Patrick Byrne called Penson crooks at least 5 years ago and finally the SEC had no choice but to impose a small fine for their acts. Will any of them see jail time and if not, why not? The regulators may not go after these criminals with a vengeance but some companies will and trying to defend their criminal behavior to a jury will not be pleasant. Go JBII
