we all know that the trolls trot that stat out by rote
but no surprise re: buy ins (if they all didn't actually collude)
btw .. i called Penson's *activities* years ago
and was called *tin foil* because of it and other *factual* info posted
over on the vehicle choice re: OTC stock manipulation
for those who aren't familiar with PENSON
they *rose* literally out of no where to become one of the top clearing houses
circa 2007

zero doubts .. regardless of how *corrupt* and slow the dolts are
that a couple more looking over their shoulder are *netted*
