Exactly!!!!.........I think what so many were waiting for was some proof that Baltia at least had the funds in the bank to hopefully complete the process without that hinderance in the way. Instead, it appears that rumor has been squashed right before the report comes out. At least some lucky folks took advantage of the hype & PPS jump that this rumor helped create. I can only hope the next one is as good or better so I can take advantage next time.
