I first saw that scene in the theater when it was first released and I still laugh out loud when I watch it, one of the funniest scenes of the whole series of Pink Panther movies and I really think it captures the lunacy of that whole Demented bunch. As for our friend fraccy, I think it must really be bothering him now that he can't control by deletion of what were very on topic posts.
