IMO Matt would simply need to ask the group of shareholders that lent the money to acquire White in 2012 to extend their loan / use it for another purpose.
White has an A/S of 25M shares and I think an O/S of around 10M shares.
Since there's been no dilution for almost 3 full years and BCAP's business plan has progressed, its unlikely that there would need to be dilution in July. Just my opinion.
