March 8th interview w CFN Bill talks about how
Post# of 56323
Bill talks about how they are at a ready to build stage, saying that it is no guarantee of a license and that is the equivalent of a bar, where you build your bar and once it's complete you call in for a license inspection for a liquor license, he says with HC fitx went through all the precursors, municipalities, zoning approval, fire & police approval and discusses how fitx was given lengthy back round checks which he says he was told fitx passed or are very close to completion. He than says a 900 pg application was put together and after that was submitted. HC deemed application complete and issued a ready to build letter which says if you build what you say you are going to build, call us for an inspection and we will do the inspection and at that point we would issue the license. He then says something to the effect of well I guess there's always the long term of not getting a license but hopefully we don't have to worry about that.
March 9 interview w Alan Brochstein
Talks about the big project, Bill says the weather has not been that great however, the fencing is looking great and it looks like a prison the posts and fences will be done they increased the size of the vault they anticipated delivery the first or second week of April once that's in they get the cameras installed and than call for inspection. You need fencing, security, cameras and the vault. Building level 10 vault, probably one of the top vaults in North America. Alan asks about the timeline for inspection, Bill says HC sent an email requesting 2 weeks notice to be able to have the inspector on site, so once we hit the end of the month and determine everything to be on schedule then they will call to make appt. it will have to be the 3rd or 4th week of April after Easter. Says if they get license they will bring in the seeds and start to grow. Probably 7 or 8 weeks before the first sale.
April 22 Interview w green sky tv
Talks about the dream team and how Fitx has submitted an application with HC and that fitx passed the 3 screenings as he previously stated in the interview with CFN, he stated security, tracking & purity and testing was what was very important to HC.
He says fitx laid out their plan, HC accepted it gave the ready to build status and once the facility was done being built and building according to their specifications, HC will come and do a pre license inspection and at that point they decide whether or not to issue a license.
April 29 Bill posts on FB
Dear Shareholders,
I am confirming the rumors, I was spotted in Las Vegas by shareholders. I was there with the majority of our team celebrating the completion of stage 1 of our buildout and for high level meetings with our board of directors and our PPMG team. Our amazing team and contractors finished ahead of schedule. We have contacted HC and requested our pre license inspection.
MADISON HEIGHTS, MI / ACCESSWIRE / April 30, 14, 2014 / Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (FITX), is proud to announce that it has notified Health Canada that its facility is ready for the Pre-License inspection. The company accelerated its construction and build-out plans for what will become the world’s largest and most advanced legal cannabis production facility.
Bill Chaaban stated “it is important for our company to receive its license from Health Canada as soon as possible. To fulfill this goal, we have redesigned the layout of our standing 27,000 square foot building to become a self-sustained complete operational production facility. It will have all of the state of the art technologies implemented into the design of our larger facility. This building will be completely compliant with our obligations as promised to Health Canada. We are proud to advise that on April 22, 2014 we notified Health Canada that our facility would be ready for the Pre-License Inspection. On April 29, 2014, we notified Health Canada that stage one of the facility was completed and is now ready for the pre-license inspection. As the company waits for the pre-license inspection, it will continue the build-out of the 53,000 square foot facility. We have implemented cGMP and USP 797 design and work flow models into the design and build-out of our buildings.”
The way I see it, and this is obviously MY opinion that I am entitled to have so no nasty comments from the peanut gallery would be appreciated, anyway, it seems to me that Bill and the team have been moving along right on schedule if not ahead of schedule, he has been consistent with his comments and explanation of what the " getting the license" process is and what it entails and has been diligently working towards getting it as quickly as possible. The timeline is in my opinion again, is where it should be. Bill has no control nor does anyone who is looking to get HC to their site to inspect how quickly they get there. Unless of course you happen to know someone and get bumped to the top of the list and I'm being a smart ass when I say that. It's like a trip to the DMV to register a vehicle, we all know DMV is a pain in the neck, you can either go there and have an easy in and out experience or you spend your entire day getting your blood pressure up questioning why your even bothering, these people are impossible. But eventually it will all get done and your on the road and not looking back. Similar situation with FITX, we need to get the license, Bill has stated over and over again that is
what we need to do in order to grow so we can make $$. If HC asked for 2 weeks notice so they can get an inspector they probably don't have 100's of inspectors working for them they need notice so they can prepare on their end as well. If Bill contacted them on the 22 & than the 29 to announce final completion add 2 weeks onto that not counting weekends and it brings you to today, Monday May 19 which would be day "15" and in between the day HC was called and today there has been all kinds of he said this and she said that going around all over the place, when in reality nothing has changed. Yes the pps has dropped and that's because........ Just because....... Who cares why people are selling or flipping or shorting or whatever they are doing.... I personally am looking at this as a good thing, now I can grab some more of my favorite stock, cheap... What's better than that? Watching it go right back up again. Which I know it will. I guess my point of this post is that I believe this is just one of those waves that you have to ride out, and I can understand the difficulty in seeing Red. But it is a color of the rainbow and we all know what's at the end of the rainbow, a big "POT" pun intended of course... of FITX sooooooo, with that, I know I'm not going to let it get me down, I hope you are all hanging in there and thinking BIG......
