TECO seems to struggle to fund projects. Some angel should step up and fund a FINRA ticker/name with CUSIP change and share restructure. Maybe that would cure the NSS and shorting. I don't know what to think anymore. News like the recent ROI from other OTCBB companies would attract buyers and millions of shares traded.
